Shipping Policy
Free ground shipping on all eligible orders $35 or more anywhere in the United States, valid at movadocompanystore.com only. Order total must be $35 or greater after all discounts and promotions, and prior to tax, to qualify for free ground shipping. Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing. Please allow 3-5 additional business days to process engraved pieces. Returns ship free year-round at movadocompanystore.com. Engraved styles are not eligible for returns or refunds. Our shipping carriers may experience delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return Policy
Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund when returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, and accompanied by the original sales invoice. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Refunds will not be issued for watches received as gifts. Engraved styles are not eligible for returns or refunds. Credits cannot be issued until merchandise being returned is received.
