Shipping days do not include public holidays. During our sale periods, there may be a delay of up to 2 days. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking the link in the email or by going directly to your account. Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes/COD fees, which we unfortunately cannot cover as we have no control over these charges.

You may return your items within 21 days from delivery date for a refund in the form of store credit which can be used towards future purchases. Alternatively, you can create a return for a refund back to your original method of payment within 7 days of delivery. You'll need to pay our $15.95 USD return shipping label fee through our returns portal and your label will be emailed to you shortly after. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
