The story of DELSEY PARIS started at the beginning of the last century with the union of two family-owned companies who decided to combine their strengths and know-how to conquer new markets. At the time, both companies were selling protection cases for innovative products: the Delahaye company was making leather cases for cameras and the Seynhaeve company was producing cases for typewriters and record players.

Shipping Policy
Every order qualifies for free Standard shipping through UPS Ground. The approximate delivery time is between 2-5 business days depending on location. Delivery times are estimated and may vary by carrier. We will work as quickly as possible to ship your items. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number when your item(s) ship.

Return Policy
DELSEY PARIS guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund. Items must be in the same condition as you received, unused, and with the original packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or miss-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped.
