Shipping Policy
Please keep in mind that once we send the package it is out of our hands and we have no control over what the shipping company does with the package. We are a small company and our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday any orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
Please email our warranty team at support@purosound.com and you must include the order number or copy of the order receipt. Please also include the issue you are experiencing with the headphones. All warranty service request must have the order number from the original purchase to verify the order before a headset can be replaced. None verified orders will not be eligible for warranty replacement.
