The Perfect Rug serves a special and important service at an affordable price. Customizing or custom sizing online is a great way to design your rug around your unique indoor or outdoor space. Not only can you choose any size or shape desired, but you also have multiple categories from which to choose one or several rug materials, designs, colors, and specific border options.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. The Perfect Rug offers

Shipping Policy
All rugs go through Quality Assurance and Packaging before being shipped. Smaller rugs (8x10 or less) are shipped via UPS and generally take 2-7 business days for shipping. Oversized items will be shipped via freight carrier and shipping can take anywhere from a few days to weeks, depending on delivery location. If White Glove delivery is not selected, be prepared to assist in unloading your freight delivery. Any additional shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes but is not limited to additional charges for deliveries to rural and remote areas, white glove service, areas in New York and similar densely populated areas, and addresses determined to be undeliverable. The free shipping covers curbside delivery. Any additional delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer/receiving party and will be billed to the form of payment on file.

Return Policy
For custom area rugs, no refunds or exchanges are possible. All orders are FOB Shipping Point and are paid in full when the order is placed. The Customer agrees that inability of The Perfect Rug or its agents to deliver an order because the customer either refuses the delivery or will not schedule the delivery shall constitute delivery of the customer's order and is not grounds for a refund.
