Shipping Policy
Orders shipping via Domestic Ground (Standard Shipping) should process the same business day (all days except Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays) if received before 1:00 PM PT. Orders shipping via Air Service (Expedited or Fastest Shipping) methods should process same business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays) when received before 1:00 PM PT. APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO, HOKA.com is not responsible for possible delays nor can we track the shipment.

Return Policy
HOKA shoes and apparel are designed to make you feel like you’re flying, so take them for a test flight. If you aren’t totally satisfied, just send them back within 30 days (Extended to 60 days for HOKA Members) of the original purchase for a full refund or product exchange. No questions asked.
