Shipping Policy
At Starboard we aim to get your order shipped within 48h after it is placed. A courier will deliver your items within 7 days after the order is picked up from our warehouse. A $10 shipping fee will be added to every order at the checkout. We try to get your order to your doorstep as fast as possible. We aren’t able to change the shipping address after you’ve received the email with an order tracker. You can get in contact with the courier service directly.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club as credit card payments. Additionally, we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay payment gateways.

Return Policy
At Starboard we want to make sure you have the best possible time on the water. Products can therefore be returned and refunded when they don’t meet your expectations, and if the return conditions are met. The items are returned within 30 days after the purchase. The returned items are registered with Customer Service before they are returned. The returned items are undamaged and don’t have any signs of wear or use. The items are returned in their original undamaged packaging and with their original labels. The returned items need to include all parts that were originally included in the packaging (e.g. fins, pump, leash, paddle).
