Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms of Service. Additional merchant terms of service may apply. Shipping Policy
We currently deliver our orders from Tuesday – Friday. Due to FedEx delays delivery times may be a bit longer than normal. At this time, we are unable to deliver to Puerto Rico and Hawaii, but hopefully will be able to in the future. Due to the limited receiving hours at USPS, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, CardDiscover, JCB and Diners.

Return Policy
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date or you will continue to be billed for the following orders. We hate to see you go! If you’re canceling due to an unsatisfactory experience, we want to make it right. Please contact us by email at info@bloomsybox.com. To cancel your subscription, log into your account.
