We accept credit card payment and hire vouchers. Debit cards are accepted partially, depending on the country of origin and the rental country, with particular caution advised in France.

Return Policy
You may cancel your reservation by using the same booking channel as the one used for your reservation. Cancellations made through the Europcar reservation website will take effect when recorded in the Europcar reservation system. Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental day; otherwise, there is a fee of 50€ (or the equivalent in another currency, depending on the rental country). If you fail to collect the vehicle in due time and have not canceled, a fee of 95€ (or the equivalent in local currency), or the whole price of the rental if the value is lower, will be charged.
