Shipping Policy
After your order has been placed, you will receive an auto-generated Order Confirmation email from BUGATCHI.com outlining the details of your order. Following shipment, you will also receive an auto-generated Shipping Confirmation email, with your FedEx tracking information.

Tax Policy
You will not be charged sales tax, unless we are shipping your online order to the state of Florida, or the state of New York.

Return Policy
You may return/exchange your purchase from BUGATCHI.com within 14 days of delivery. If your order included two or more items with separate delivery dates, time will be calculated from the date of receipt of the last item in your order. All items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, in their original packaging, complete with accessories, labels, a copy of the packing slip and in its original shipping container (or one of equivalent durability), with tags and seals, where present, still attached to the items. BUGATCHI will not accept returns/exchanges for items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of order, nor will BUGATCHI issue any credit towards the return of Products marked as “Final Sale”.
