Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders are processed within 2 business days. We gladly accept international orders. We ship at a flat rate of $50. Please note sea-ny.com is not responsible for any duty charges that may be applied on international shipping orders. International packages will arrive in 2-10 business days, depending on country. All International orders must have the same billing and shipping information. Sea monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns characteristics.

Tax Policy

Return Policy
Once an order has been placed on the site we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. If you are not completely satisfied with your Sea purchase, we will issue a refund. We will only accept returns on merchandise that is new, unworn, unwashed and with all security/garment tags attached and accompanied by all original packaging. Please be sure to NOT remove the security tag, as it must remain attached in order for a return to be accepted. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. To request a return please email customerservice@sea-ny.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please include your name and order number.
