ISDIN offers

Shipping Policy
We currently offer three shipping options: Standard, Express, and Overnight. Standard delivery is delivered within 3-6 business days based on the distance to the destination, costing $8.95 for orders below $40, $6.95 for orders between $40-$55, and free for orders $55 and over. Express delivery is delivered within 2-3 business days and costs $16.99 for all orders. Overnight delivery is delivered within 1-2 business days and costs $29.99 for all orders. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, from our warehouse in Memphis, Tennessee. We do not ship internationally.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We currently accept payment through Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club.

Return Policy
Products must have been purchased directly from www.isdin.com; we cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets, and those should be returned to the store where they were purchased. Products must be returned within 30 days of the order date, and we cannot accept returns on used products. Additionally, products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
