Return Policy
Each reservation has its own cancellation policy which determines whether or not you are eligible for a refund, either partial or in full. Please review the policy shown on your Reservation Receipt. Generally, as long as you are not in conflict with the Hotel Cancellation policy, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time of booking for a full refund. Reservations cancelled after 24 hours have passed since the time of booking will be refunded the total amount paid online minus the service fee and other penalties accessed by the hotel. We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date.
