Shipping Policy
Orders must be placed by 10 am PST Mon-Fri to start processing on the same day. Ground shipping typically takes between 9-12 business days to arrive to their destination and express shipping typically takes between 1-2 business days. All of our orders ship from Dallas, TX area. We primarily ship through USPS or FedEx. After leaving our facility, carrier typically delivers in 2-10 business days, depending on your shipping address. You will receive a shipping confirmation email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. At this time, we do not ship Internationally outside of the U.S.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy

Return Policy

If you receive products from Patrick Ta online that do not meet your expectations, please return the gently used or unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, marked on the packing slip enclosed with your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please note, we cannot accept returns purchased from other locations or websites. Patrick Ta is not responsible for return shipping costs or reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery.
