Shipping Policy
Your Halo Collar will typically ship 1-2 weeks after your order is placed - however, it will often ship within a few days. You will receive an email the day the collar ships. If you missed which batch your order was in and you're eager to know when your collar will ship, you can reach out to us and we'll get back to you with your batch information as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience. New Halo Collar kits are shipped for a total of $19.99. Accessories are shipped for $9.99. If you order both a Halo kit and accessories, shipping will be $19.99.

Return Policy
