CanvasHQ has been in the canvas prints business for over a decade. We’re a family-owned and operated canvas printing company based in Fort Smith, AR.

Shipping Policy
We know that speed is very important – your artwork will normally ship within 3-4 business days after you approve your proof. Proofs are normally sent within 1-2 business days of your order. We offer three shipping options – FedEx ground, 2nd-day air, and overnight express. With ground shipping, your package will arrive anywhere in the continental US within 4 days of leaving our facility. The 2-day express shipping arrives anywhere in the US within 2 days, excluding Saturdays or Sundays. Overnight will, of course, arrive to you the day after it leaves our workshop.

Tax Policy
Because we are based in Arkansas we only collect sales tax for those orders that are shipped to an address inside of the state.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Return Policy
We have a no worries 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your artwork, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your art. We will remake it or fully refund your money. If you are not 100% satisfied, please visit our returns page and contact one of our friendly customer service folks and he or she will get the process started.
