Shipping Policy
For your order to qualify for free shipping, your order must be $50 or more before and after tax or shipping is applied; also after any discounts have been applied. USA orders - Standard shipping (1 - 7 business days): $5.95. Expedited Shipping (1 - 3 business days): Shipping costs vary. Packages shipped via Expedited Service cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.

Tax Policy
Due to complex international laws and taxes, we do not include these fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. Scotch Porter is required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot change this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

Return Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Merchandise may be returned within 60 days of purchase when accompanied by the following: original receipt/packing slip, all original packaging, products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned). Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Gift cards, product samples, individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned) and limited-edition accessory items cannot be returned.
