You will have a choice of a full refund or even exchange. If item returned is deemed defective, shipping is on us for returning the package and shipping you a new one. However, non-defective orders that qualified for our free shipping offer and are returned in full, may be charged the original shipping cost. Power tools and direct ship items require authorization on all returns. Once the authorization is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return merchandise. Please note, Manufacturer’s warranty supersedes any offer from Toolstoday.
