Hawaii Coffee Company is the parent company of two of America's oldest major coffee companies, LION Coffee and Royal Kona Coffee. We also carry a wide range of tropical teas which they blend, flavor, and package all locally in Hawaii. Additionally, we have an outstanding partnership with one of the Godfathers of Hawaiian cuisine, Chef Alan Wong. Coffee is the 2nd most profitable commodity in the world, surpassed only by crude oil.

Shipping Policy
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package that we ship to you. All shipments are shipped with Aloha from Honolulu, Hawaii. We offer shipping via UPS Ground, UPS Air and USPS (Priority Mail) for delivery within the USA. For an additional cost, you may request UPS Air service for a 3-business day delivery. International options vary, and you will be able to choose your preference during checkout. Most of the time, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak shopping times such as holidays and sales, we may require additional processing and packing time depending on how high our order volume is. We thank you for your patience.

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
