INHABIT uses UPS or USPS to ship orders. We offer Ground shipping and 2nd Day Air for domestic orders. We use Worldwide Express Saver for international orders. At present, we do not ship to PO boxes.
Please note our customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes and/or other fees that their country may impose to permit delivery of their order. These additional fees will not be reflected during checkout. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. If the delivery is refused, the shipment and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be deducted from the total order refund. We provide free returns for items within 30 days of the delivery date in its original and unused condition. We currently do not accept exchanges. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact customer_care@inhabitny.com and state your order number, the item you wish to return, and reason. If approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email. Items labeled Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit without exception.
