Shipping Policy
Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders, placed by 3PM ET, will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. A signature may be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories* are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover as credit card payments. Additionally, we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta, Venmo, Shop Pay, and Paypal payment gateways.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our online customer service team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions, and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on www.beaupan.com may be returned.
