The Cambridge Satchel Co. was founded in 2008 by Julie Deane CBE and her mum, Freda Thomas. From the kitchen table to Buckingham Palace and beyond, their collection of bags, all handcrafted in the UK, are sold in 3 UK shops and shipped worldwide online.

Shipping Policy
Delivery times and costs include a $35 standard fee, with free US delivery on orders over $200. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our product, there may be slight delays in dispatches during peak periods. Additionally, to be eligible for free shipping, the total order amount after any discounts must be $200 or more. We do not currently offer next day delivery on our US store. We do not deliver to BFPO’s or PO BOXES unless you live in an area such as the UEA where PO boxes are a standard form of delivery.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Paypal, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Payments, Google Pay, Shopify Pay and we offer the option of using Klarna and Clearpay if you’d like to spread the cost of your purchase over a period of time.

Return Policy
You can refund all unused and unembossed purchases within 28 days of you receiving your parcel. We do request that you get in touch with us regarding the return of your bag within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products which have been embossed.
