All orders placed on pistoladenim.com are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which delivers in 4 – 5 business days from the ship date. We offer express shipping through USPS Mail Express which delivers in 1 - 3 business days. If your location does not accept USPS we also offer UPS Ground . Ground is a 1-7 business day shipping window.

Tax Policy
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping costs are based on current market rates when order is placed.

Return Policy
Returns can take up to 10 business days to process at our facility. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been fully processed. Exchanges, store credit or refunds for items must be postmarked for return within 15 days of their delivery date.
