Shipping Policy
Our tires are shipped through FedEx standard ground FREE to the 48 contiguous states. All orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders received, after 12 PM EST will ship out the next business day. Orders under $500 will be shipped no signature required and will be delivered at FedEx's discretion. For orders above $500 a signature will be required at time of delivery. Average time of delivery, depending on your location in the 48 contiguous states, is between 1-6 business days.

Return Policy
90 day Return Policy - If you are not satisfied for any reason with a tire we have shipped to you, you may return it to VYC Tires, Inc. for refund or replacement. Notify VYC Tires, Inc., by e-mail info@bestusedtires.com or telephone (1-866-480-8477), and provide the date of your original purchase, the brand, model and size of the tire, and whether you wish to purchase a replacement tire or obtain a refund.
