Craighill offers

Shipping Policy
We aim to ship orders within two to three business days (excluding holidays), unless otherwise noted on specific products. You’ll receive an email confirmation once our fulfillment team has packed your order ready for courier pick-up. If you receive this notification after 2pm EST, it’s likely that your package will be on the road the following business day.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
We offer free returns and exchanges on eligible domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. We do not allow returns or exchanges for engraved products, Mystery Boxes, and opened Playing Cards. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on international orders. For all orders placed directly at our online store, please visit our returns portal to initiate your return or exchange. For other orders placed through third parties or for a Flux Table Light return, please contact support@craighill.co to request a return label.
