We are committed to ensuring you receive your order swiftly, so you can enjoy uninterrupted sleep as soon as possible! Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday in our warehouse. Rest assured, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This way, you can keep a close eye on your package's progress and eagerly anticipate its arrival. Your satisfaction and peaceful slumber are our top priorities! Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. For HI & AK, please allow 10-14 business days.

Return Policy
Don’t love your Som Sleep? SomFriends, Inc. stands behind our product and will do our best to make it right. If you are dissatisfied with one of our Products for any reason, Som Friends, Inc. will refund the amount paid for your most recent order, limited to one case. To request a refund or replacement send an email to orders@getsom.com with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request, within 10 days of when you receive your product. We may require proof of purchase if we can’t verify your order.
