Highwood USA offers

Shipping Policy
Highwood offers free shipping on all orders over $750 USD (unless a current shipping promotion is active on-site). For orders under that amount we have 3 flat rate tiers. For orders in value of $500-$749.99 a customer will pay $69.99 in flat rate shipping fees. For orders in the range of $350-$499.99 customers will pay a flat rate of $49.99. Lastly, for customers with order values (cart) lower than $350 they will have a flat rate of $29.99 applied to their order.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit cards, ACH, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

Return Policy
Purchases made directly from highwood-usa.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If the return is due to a manufacturing error, the cost of shipping the product back is covered by Highwood USA. If the product to be returned is not faulty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
