Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available on all US orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii, to which Moroccanoil offers a $35 flat rate shipping fee). We require 1–2 business days for processing and shipping can take up to an additional 2–5 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes approximately 3 weeks. Express shipping is available on all US orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for a $14.99 shipping fee. Express orders placed by 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time on business days will ship out the same day. Express orders placed after 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time on business days will ship out the next business day. Express orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship out the next business day. Express shipping takes approximately 2 business days. Due to federal regulations, express shipping is not available for orders containing aerosol products.
