Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday – Friday. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: FedEx, UPS. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. All orders in the US include free shipping. You have the opportunity to choose an expedited option for an additional fee based on availability. The rate charged for shipping outside the US is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Tax Policy
Applicable sales tax will be added on all orders based on the SHIPPING address. The amount of sales tax is estimated until the order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent. Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with your individual state tax guidelines and is approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. The following states: CA, PA or NY will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate.

Return Policy
We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your purchase, you may return those items within 30 days of delivery (delivery is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier's tracking number). Items marked as final sale/clearance are not eligible for returns and no refunds will be issued. Nat Nast accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. Returned items that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned or returned in unsuitable conditions will be returned to the original shipping address. Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus any shipping and handling that may have been charged. Nat Nast cannot accept returns after 30 days.
