Shipping Policy
For orders within the continental United States, we offer free ground shipping (5-10 business days) for orders over $99, with an option to upgrade to ground shipping for $4.95 (3-5 business days). For orders $99 and under, we provide a USPS flat rate shipping option for $9.95 (5-10 business days) and an upgraded FedEx ground shipping option for $12.95 (3-5 business days). Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so a physical street address is required. Weekday orders placed before noon (EST) are processed the same day. Certain free shipping exclusions apply to select Therasage products. We ship packages to military addresses at domestic prices, even if you’re sending mail overseas. These include: APO (Air/Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).
