Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, and returns are always free. Orders ship within 48 hours, with those placed over the weekend and on holidays shipping the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Standard shipping takes 2-7 days and is free. Express shipping, which costs $20, takes 2-3 days for in-stock items ordered Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST, and these orders will be shipped the same day. Overnight shipping, costing $30, takes 1-2 days for in-stock items ordered Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST, with these orders also shipped the same day. Please note that the shipping prices and policies exclude Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cannot use standard shipping, and we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. The final delivery destination must be within the United States.

Return Policy
Our goal is simple: We want you to purchase with confidence. When you purchase on Vasque.com, you get 30 days to wear your shoes 100% risk free. If your shoes aren’t working exactly right for you, return them. We’ll even pay for shipping. Don’t worry about getting them dirty. We’ll make sure your returned shoes find a new home. We do our best to ensure they won’t end up in a landfill by donating them to local charities and shelters.
