Shipping Policy
Due to COVID-19, orders are taking longer to process and some packages may be delayed up to 2-4 weeks. Please know that our teams are working as quickly and safely as possible to fulfill orders. Thanks for understanding. We offer standard and expedited shipping within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping is available at a higher rate for Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to APO, FPO or DPO boxes. We cannot ship to U.S. Territories.

Tax Policy
Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree global checkout.

Return Policy
Due to COVID-19, we have added 30 days to our return window. Now, you can make a return without a receipt or with an original receipt after 150 days of the date of purchase will receive a Merchandise Credit card for either the lowest retail price of the product(s) within the last 90 days or the actual purchase price from the original receipt. Your name, address, phone number and a valid photo ID will be required to process returns without a receipt (in CA – name and a valid photo ID will be required). If you do not have your original receipt and you used a credit card for payment, we will do our best to obtain your purchase transaction from our system to process your exchange/refund. If we cannot locate your original purchase transaction, you will receive a Merchandise Credit card.
