Shipping Policy
We process our orders within 24 hours. If you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following business day. We use express shipping so your notebooks can be with you as quick as possible. During checkout you should see an estimate shipping time.

Tax Policy
There are no international customs/taxes to pay as orders are dispatched within the US.

Return Policy
Email us on contact@scribblesthatmatter.com with your order number and description of the issue with your product. We also recommend sending us a few pictures of the issue in the email. Please note it usually takes up to 2 working days for us to respond to your emails. This may vary depending on time of the year. That's it, you are done! We have a 100 days post purchase returns policy.
