Shipping Policy
Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday. Estimated transit times are as estimated by the carrier directly, and apply from the date of shipment not the date the order is placed. All carriers calculate transit time in business days. If you are concerned about getting your order on time, please feel free to call us to discuss your needs and options. We endeavor to ship orders placed before 1:00 pm EST the same business day, otherwise orders will ship the following business day. On individual product listings where ‘Free Ground Shipping’ is offered, said service only applies to the 48 contiguous United States.

Tax Policy
Items shipping internationally from the US, as well as items being dispatched from our UK Head Office/Warehouse, are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). Unless specifically noted in an individual listing all taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Sephra. If you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased please get in touch to discuss your concerns. You may be eligible to return or exchange non food items within 30 days of your purchase date subject to a restocking fee. If you would like to return unused equipment for a refund within 30 days of purchase, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. If you return an order that originally received free shipping, the initial shipping expense will be deducted from the credit to your account.
