Shipping Policy
Domestic orders over $100 include free shipping. All other countries shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout. All duties and tariffs for individual countries will be the buyers responsibility. If the address given to Rural Haze was incorrect and returned, the customer will be responsible for providing Rural Haze with the correct address.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
If you have received the correct order and for any reason it isn't perfect for you, simply ship it back with 14 days of receiving! If you would like a return label, we are happy to provide on. Please email kyley@ruralhaze.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping back to us. In the event you use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
