Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise stated, ALL US orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard ground shipping (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). “Expedited” or “Priority” shipping may be available at an additional cost to the Purchaser. Rhino USA ships products to the 50 United States and Canada ONLY. Rhino USA does not ship to U.S. territories (e.g. Puerto Rico), APO, or Internationally. Shipping times vary based on carrier. Most orders will be received within 3-5 business days of purchase (excluding HI and AK). However, Rhino USA cannot guarantee shipping times. Rhino USA is NOT responsible for any shipping or delivery issues. All risk of loss lies with the Purchaser once the product is confirmed delivered by the carrier.

NEW condition means the product is free from any use, wear, damage, or alterations at the time the returned product is delivered to Rhino USA. Products that are not in NEW condition are ineligible for return and NO refund will be issued.
