Your tickets will be delivered, or accessible, to you, via the delivery method you selected as soon as the ticket seller has the tickets in their possession. Certain delivery methods will require you to act to access your tickets (e.g.- login to download your tickets). Tickets delivered, or accessible, via email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please always check your email junk or spam folders to make sure the tickets, or ticket download instructions, were not erroneously placed there by your email provider. For certain events, a TicketCity customer service representative will contact you to provide instructions to pick-up your tickets. On major sporting events, like the Masters or Super Bowl, that is standard operating procedure. Tickets shipped via UPS will be sent to the shipping address you provided during checkout.
There is a service charge, that is in addition to the ticket price, charged on every order. The ticket subtotal, service charge, delivery fee, state sales tax (if applicable) and total charge are disclosed on the checkout page before you enter your payment information.

A full refund of the purchase price will be provided upon confirmation of a cancelled event. To qualify for a refund, you must return your tickets as soon as possible, but in all cases, within ten (10) business days after you are offered a refund. No refunds will be given without the original tickets, unless otherwise determined by our service provider in its sole discretion. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded, and your tickets will be valid for the later date. Our service provider, in its sole discretion, will determine when an event is cancelled.
