Shipping Policy
We ship from our warehouse at: Cathy Logistics Inc-01 19835 E Walnut Dr N City of Industry, CA 91789, USA. All e-bikes in stock would ship out in 1-3 business days. All in-stock accessories & components would ship out in 7-10 business days. It will take 3-5 business days to arrive. We delivery by FedEx, UPS and USPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping for any bikes in US continent in the whole site. We ship nationwide in USA, EXCEPT Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii. For customers who live in Canada, please email us at support@nakto.com for more information. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.

Return Policy
Our return policy is as follows: If a return is initiated within 14 days, the customer will receive a full refund. For returns made between 14 days and 2 months, the customer will receive an 80% refund. Returns made between 3 and 4 months will be eligible for a 70% refund, while those made between 5 and 6 months will receive a 60% refund. Unfortunately, returns and refunds are not accepted for items returned after 6 months. Please note that only regular priced items could be refunded. Sale items are NOT eligible for refund nor return.
