We try to fulfill orders placed on weekdays within 24 hours, but it can sometimes take longer. We are currently moving warehouses which can result in lonoger delays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday - Sunday) will be fulfilled on the following 1-2 business days. Products available to purchase via Pre-Order will ship by the date listed on the product page. You will receive tracking when your order ships. You can order these items with in-stock items, however they will ship separately with their own tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping.

You have 60 days to return an item and longer during the holiday season. All sale items are final. If you live in or around San Francisco just bring it by our store and we'll take care of you. If you are outside the Bay Area, please use our return/exchange portal. You can create a label to return (free), drop off at one of the over 2,600 Return Bars (free), or visit one of the over 10,000 FedEx drop off locations (free). Once we have received your return, the refund will be processed. You will receive confirmation emails at each step. Lost the slip? Don't sweat it! All you need is your order number and zip code.
