Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on orders over $45. Regular Shipping takes 3-7 days. If you are shipping to a country outside the United States, please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes or fees which may be imposed by your country.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card payments and PayPal.

Return Policy
If your product was damaged during the shipping process, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged product and we will provide a replacement unit of like color and size, assuming availability. If a like replacement product is not available, we will replace it either with a like product but different color or a unit of greater value. If you purchased a double walled, vacuum insulated product (Full Size French Press, Travel French Press, Tumbler, Bottle or Growler) and you believe that your unit has lost its vacuum insulating properties, please test it first by pouring very hot water in the unit, filling it to the top. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then place your hands on the unit (being careful not to spill the contents). If the unit feels very warm or hot to the touch, you have verified that the unit has lost its vacuum insulating properties. This is considered a manufacturer’s defect and the unit will be replaced if still under warranty.
