Shipping Policy
All products ship from our warehouse in Arizona. Shipping days "do not" include processing time. Most orders are processed within 24 hours (not including weekends). Any order taken on Fridays after 9:00 am (PST) will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Our standard method of delivery is UPS Ground or UPSP Priority Mail.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
Please do not return items to the store. We love helping our customers and will do whatever it takes to make things right. We offer a 120-day replacement guarantee on all BrewDemon kits and equipment. Along with a 30-day return policy on all BrewDemon products, including recipes (if they are unopened or unused).
