Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to ship. All orders of $65 or more ship FREE. A shipping fee of $7.95 is added to orders between $0-$64.99. A shipping fee of $9.95 is added to $0 sample orders.

Return Policy
If you have unopened packets or hydrate sticks, please call (203) 397-8226 for directions on how to send them back. All credit requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept opened tubs, jars of hydrate, boxes of bars, or any expired products back for credit.
