Shipping Policy
While we reserve the right to use any shipping carrier we chose, most orders will be shipped by FedEx , UPS or USPS. You must provide us with an accurate street address for delivery. In some instances larger items may be delivered via truck freight. Items shipping via truck freight are clearly marked on our website. Orders received before 5:00PM Central Time M-F for items “in stock” will ship the next business day. All Standard Shipping charges are calculated based on total value of your order and may include any shipping carrier chosen by us. Some large or heavy items may require additional shipping and handling charges. If an item requires additional shipping and handling charges we will clearly mark this requirement on our website. In most cases, we charge a “flat” rate to ship these items. Delivery to rural or extended areas, special order, & Truck Freight shipments may take extra days to arrive and may incur additional shipping fees. Please contact us for details.

Return Policy
You may return your new PK Grill & Smoker, PK360 model or Classic model, free of charge, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of sale for a full refund. Free returns apply only to grills purchased online at pkgrills.com and shipped to destinations in the continental US. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to overseas destinations at this time. All returns and exchanges must include all of the original parts, components, packaging and manufacturer documentation for refunds to be issued. For all other new, unused and resalable PK branded items, you may return them within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free, full refund of the amount paid for the items, less shipping.
