Shipping Policy
Once your order is conﬁrmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay. We do ship parcels to P.O. Box Address via Standard Shipping Methods, but Expedited Shipping Methods require a street address in English and a contact number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package as well as a tracking number and a link to the shipping company website.
