Shipping Policy
We know receiving your order in a timely manner is important. We strive to make sure your order is processed quickly and the items are shipped in a timely manner. We give a general expectation of 2 business days for your items to be processed and shipped out. During peak holiday seasons, we may experience increased order volumes that put us at 4-5 days on processing. Return Policy
We offer free exchanges within the 30 days after delivery on any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thevintagegentlemen.com and send your item to: 408 Marshall Circle St. Augustine, FL 32086. For exchanges related to rings, we allow for one free resizing or exchange for a different style within the 30 day timeframe after delivery. Any additional exchanges or resizing requests are subject to a $30 fee.
