Shipping Policy
All ScalpMED orders above $50.00 are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground at no cost to the customer. There are faster options delivery available at check out.

Return Policy
Orders can be returned within 120 days of order receipt date, for a credit or refund of purchase price only (less applicable shipping/handling fees and Duties, Taxes Fees for Canadian Orders). In order to receive a refund customer must (1) contact customer service at (800) 351-6648 and request and obtain a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number within the 120 day period. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return package to Celmatrix Corporation. Shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of the credit return authorization. Purchaser assumes risk for loss or damage during return shipment.
