Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be confirmed, processed, packed, and prepared to be handed off to the carrier. No modifications or cancellations are possible once an order number is attached to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available. Please note shipping is separate from your order preparation time, and both occur during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2 PM PST will start getting prepared the next business day. Please note that fulfillment preparation may take 1-3 business days. Any order shipped with Next Day Air will arrive the next business day after the order is shipped. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If you place an order on Friday before 2 PM, it will be delivered on Monday (not Saturday) because we do not ship on weekends.

Tax Policy
Depending on location, custom fees and requirements may apply. Please note that these fees are not included in the shipping cost upon order processing and the customer is responsible for all related fees relating to customs or orders being held due to import restrictions. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.
