Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgment stating your order/item(s) availability with an estimated lead time. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing & shipping preparation if the item(s) are in stock. Orders can take longer to ship if the item(s) require special handling and packaging. Free shipping offer excludes Gus* modern products. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Return Policy
Old Bones Co. offers a no-risk, 30-day return policy on all our products. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of arrival for a full refund or store credit. Customer is responsible to arrange return shipping with a shipping carrier and also responsible for the return shipping charge. Damages must be reported within 24-48 hours of receipt. Shipping is non-refundable unless otherwise verified with a customer representative. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise will be deducted from the total refund amount. Merchandise must be received back in warehouse & inspected before any replacement/refund will be issued.
