Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in our system immediately and most orders will be shipped within one business day. You will receive a confirmation email with further delivery details. Tire Agent is proud to say a customer will not have to pay for shipping on any new order. We offer free shipping nationwide for every order on our website. Orders are shipped via FedEx ground or a local 3rd party courier.

Return Policy
All returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused tires that have not been mounted on a rim and/or driven on will be eligible for return. To qualify for a return, the tires purchased must be returned in their original condition including manufacturer stickers when possible. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping on tires that match the original order. If you need to return tires due to an error by Tire Agent, we will cover the cost of shipping.
