Shipping Policy
Standard shipping (2-8 business days) is free to the continental US. We ship via USPS Priority Mail OR UPS. All orders will be shipped on Monday if ordered before Sunday prior we will ship on Tuesday if all orders could not be shipped on Monday. Bulk orders will ship Mondays and Tuesdays Only. Your worms will usually be delivered within 2 -3 days anywhere in the continental United States once shipped.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We accept credit card payments, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Return Policy
Final Sale on all worms and sale products (no returns/refunds). There are no refunds on DOA orders however you can read about our Live Guarantee here. For Non-Worms products, once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. A return request can be made through your account profile here. If accepted, we'll process a refund to the original purchase method.
